Mentallica's Message Board

Its not an easy thing, dealing with the death of a loved one. Vinnies passing has shocked us all. We all knew she was terminal but had hoped that she had a few more precious months left. Unfortunately that was not the case. The kindness you guys have shown us and the understanding has been a great comfort.
When I first introduced Vinnie to you guys I knew that it was destined to be a real 'love affair'. She had always been a rock chick and loved the music of Mentallica totally. She passed this on to Andy and to Alyx. We had hoped that you would have been able to play at the wedding, now it seams it is a far less joyous occasion, but in June we shall Celebrate her life and her love of Metal in the best way possible. She will be watching, I know, and rocking out in Heaven!
